Terms of Service

By creating an account or using Voyaro ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Voyaro, operated by Luiz Fernando Barros Moragas.

Voyaro is a travel memory platform that allows users to create, store, and share personalized travel pages. Features include AI-generated narratives, photo galleries, interactive timelines, public profile pages, travel maps, and subscription-based access tiers (Voyager and Family plans).

To use Voyaro, you must create an account via Manus OAuth. You agree to provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service.

• Free trial: New subscribers receive a 7-day free trial. You will not be charged during the trial period. You may cancel at any time before the trial ends to avoid being charged.
• Billing: After the trial, your chosen plan (Voyager at €9.99/month or €79/year; Family at €19.99/month or €159/year) will be charged automatically via Stripe.
• Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through the account menu. Cancellation takes effect immediately and you will lose access to premium features upon cancellation.
• Refunds: We do not offer refunds for partial subscription periods. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us at [email protected] within 14 days.
• Price changes: We reserve the right to change subscription prices with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.

The Family plan allows the primary subscriber to invite up to 3 additional members. Each member gets their own independent Passport and full access to all Voyager features. The primary subscriber is responsible for all activity under the Family plan. Invitations are non-transferable. If the primary subscriber cancels, all Family members lose access simultaneously.

You retain full ownership of all content you upload or create on Voyaro ("Your Content"), including photos, trip descriptions, and personal notes. By using the Service, you grant Voyaro a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store, process, and display Your Content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

You represent that you have all necessary rights to the content you upload and that it does not infringe any third-party rights. You are solely responsible for the content you share publicly.

Voyaro uses artificial intelligence to generate travel narratives and other content based on your inputs. AI-generated content is provided for personal, non-commercial use. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for any particular purpose of AI-generated content. You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated content before sharing it publicly.

When you make a trip page public, it becomes accessible to anyone with the link. You are solely responsible for the content of your public pages. Voyaro reserves the right to remove public content that violates these Terms or applicable law.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law.
• Upload content that is defamatory, obscene, hateful, or infringes third-party intellectual property rights.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its infrastructure.
• Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or extract data from the Service without permission.
• Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the Service without our written consent.
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.

The Voyaro platform, including its design, software, trademarks, and AI models, is owned by Voyaro and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the platform without our express written permission.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses. We disclaim all warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement to the fullest extent permitted by law.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Voyaro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that we determine, in our sole discretion, to be harmful to the Service or other users. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We will provide reasonable notice except in cases of serious violations.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malta, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malta. If you are a consumer in the EU, you may also have rights under the laws of your country of residence.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting a notice on the platform or via email at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
